Hello and welcome/bienvenue!

This is the home page of Brian Craigie.

In September 2007, along with my partner Keith, we raised over £1100 for St Andrew's Hospice. We took some photos of the event - a walk up Ben Nevis.

I used to be a Unix System Administrator at NEC Semiconductors (UK) Ltd in Livingston, Scotland but now I run my own company, CTECS Ltd as a franchise of Computer Troubleshooters. I have an interest in the Albion Museum located in Biggar, Lanarkshire, Scotland.

I am also a Naturist and run a website called Naked Scotland.

Some people think Great Britain is called England, but it is not. Scotland is located north of England and Great Britain comprises England, Wales and Scotland. The United Kingdom comprises Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and England. The British Isles also includes the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Biggar is located about 26 miles south-west of Edinburgh (which is incidentally pronounced Edin-buh-ruh not Edin-bo-ro for all you transatlantic cousins out there ).

The Albion Museum currently posesses several vehicles including an Albion "Dog Cart" from the 1890's, a 1937 Tipper truck, the Pride of Tannochbrae bus used in the original Doctor Finlay TV series, and a 1965 fire engine among others.

I am presently working on restoring the 1937 Tipper Truck, and I'm putting in some photos of some of the bits I've savagely wrenched off it for refurbishment. The photos aren't very good because I can't afford the professional lighting equipment and a 60watt hand lamp just doesn't cut it! If there are any millionaires out there, the museum could use a bit of funding... There's nothing like being subtle. And that was nothing like it!

Right, enough waffle.
